Adelante Winds will be offering its Full Scholarship Chamber Music Day Camp returning to Madison Square Presbyterian Church. This program, which awards a full tuition scholarship to all participants, is designed to improve young students' overall musicianship through chamber music.

What will be offered?
Students will be learning how to use free music software programs such as NoteFlight.
Masterclasses will be offered by Adelante Winds Performing Artists.
One private lesson will be included with the tuition. Additional lessons will be offered for a fee.
Students will be placed in chamber ensembles with the opportunity to perform standard works and possibility of arranging their own work.
Students will be guided through the process of planning a recital and will have a final performance on the last day of camp.
Who is it for? Woodwind & Brass players, with a minimum of 3 years playing experience, up to grade 12. Students can participate from any area, but it is NOT an overnight camp, therefore is best suited for students who live in or will be visiting the San Antonio metro area.
How To Apply: Please follow the links below to submit your application, audition recording, and application fee. We are accepting applications from high school musicians of all levels.
Audition Recording: Both audio and video recordings are accepted. Recordings made on your phone, tablet, or computer are acceptable, but please make a recording that reflects your best playing. You will submit three separate unedited files of the repertoire below. Each recording may not exceed 4 minutes. When labeling the file include your first and last name as well as the title of the piece. For example:

Repertoire: 2 octave chromatic scale 2 contrasting pieces (etudes or solo works)
Application Fee: After submitting your application, please press the donate button below to pay the nonrefundable application fee. In the note, you must include the student's name to receive credit for your application fee. When can I expect to hear the results of my audition? You should expect to hear a response from us within 72 hours of your application submission.
Is lunch provided? We cannot provide lunch and encourage students to bring a lunch with them.
